MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE CUSTOMER AND TECHNICAL NSPECTION DIVISION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Regardless of the source of capital, within the framework of feasibility studies of ongoing energy projects and programs, we conduct technical inspections on the performance and quality of construction and implement budgetary control on concession within the budgeted cost.<\/span><\/p>\n

Under this objective, the following actions will be implemented <\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Contracts will be signed with enterprises selected to perform construction work and reconstruction design, expansion, and new construction buildings in the energy sector with state budget investment. At each stage of the construction work, a technical inspection will be conducted, and the finished building will be handed over to the technical and state commission.<\/li>\n
  2. According to the accredited drawing, and budgeted cost implement the budgetary control on concession, projects, and programs funded by investment from the State budget, Development bank, and Mongolia`s development fund, loan, and aid.<\/li>\n
  3. To supervise and verify the performance of construction works according to the approved drawing and budget.<\/li>\n
  4. Create a database of completed projects and programs<\/li>\n
  5. According to Resolution No. 271 of 2019 of the State Property Policy and Regulation Department, the construction, equipment, and networks implemented with state budget investment will be organized as the fixed assets of the user’s organization.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
